I hired Chris to replace my pool pump. The pump he initially brought was not compatible with my system, and he installed a used 1HP pump instead, telling me it was only temporary. I specifically asked when the new pump would be installed, and he said it would be the following week. The temporary pump did not have enough suction power to operate my pool cleaner. I followed up later to ask whether he had found the compatible pump, but he never responded. It has now been several months, and I never received the promised replacement or any further response. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
