About Tim Hanson Services
With over 20 years in business, I focus on doing honest, high‑quality masonry, stucco, and repair work at a fair price. I’m known for finding and fixing the leaks and issues others can’t, and for giving real options that fit your situation—often without the huge “tear it all out” costs you’ve been quoted elsewhere. I offer free, on-site estimates because seeing your project in person and understanding your vision is essential to getting it right. I rarely raise prices due to “unknowns” and I don’t look for excuses to add charges. My goal is to meet your needs at the lowest reasonable cost, knowing that word of mouth is what keeps my business going. Get other opinions and prices, then contact me to compare. I’m confident you’ll see the difference.
Reviews
I thought I had hired him, but then he didn’t show up… and went unresponsive to my inquiries after that.
He showed up early and stayed till the job was done. He cleaned up everything. He was so professional and so respectful, and I will definitely use him again.
Never showed up for appointment to give a written estimate for fireplace repairs, was called several times and didnt return calls. Unreliable…
Tim did a great job , spot tuckpoint , removed a window and gave it a new look , at a fare price , I well call him if I need more work later .
No response to text messages, kept me waiting whole afternoon
Be careful using them they are not insured and do very low quality work within a month of having the chimney work done. There are already signs of cracking all over when I hired them they guaranteed the work for life and when I contacted them about the issue they told me they would come and fix it, and then never messaged me back and have not messaged me back since despite it being several months and several messages
Very high standard of masonry craftsmanship and attention to detail
Tim and crew did an amazing job on our patio, where the pavers got massively disrupted by a septic tank replacement. They really went the extra mile to make sure that not just the pavers that were removed were all out back into their original form, but they also went out of their way to fix up some parts of the patio that weren’t directly destroyed by the septic tank project. Would highly recommend!
Tim is The Best!!
Other than having some phone connection issues and arriving late, Tim did an excellent job. I would hire him again
Couldn't be happier excellent all around. Would definitely use again !
Fixed my fireplace within an hour when other people told me the whole unit needed to be replaced. Did an extra job too while he was there. Did the job fast and I'm very happy with the results. Had some timing issues with setting the appointment but once he was there it was smooth sailing.
Tim explained what he believed necessary to best repair two crumbling chimneys on my home. He got the job done on the day promised and the results look great. I won't have to think about any repairs to those guys for 20 years (if ever).
Tim was out to our house within a few hours of contacting him and rebuilt a brick wall that fell apart. He did an excellent job and also did a couple other small jobs while there. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again.
Tim wasn't afraid to tackle my old house that has been neglected for years. His price was reasonable and he takes a lot of pride in his work. It looks beautiful. I would hire Tim...definitely!
Tim was very friendly and answered our questions about our project. He is easy to work with. He went above and beyond!
Tim did an an absolutely fantastic job on installing our beautiful new door and also fixing the door to our garage! I can’t recommend him enough. He took the time to make sure the project was done right, even when he encountered challenges he was not expecting. I will happily hire him again in the future for many more projects.
Tim's quote was prompt and accurate. He's done this work forever and I was extremely pleased with his work! Hire him.
Tim is an exceptionally skilled professional! He was quick to respond to our needs, worked fast to complete our job and delivered more than he promised. We highly recommend Tim for his quality of work and responsiveness. He operates with a great deal of integrity and is a pleasure to do business with!
