About Tim Leeper Roofing
For more than 20 years, Tim Leeper Roofing has been the roofer Middle Tennessee homeowners call when they want a straight answer. We're local. We're not a storm chasing crew that shows up after hail and disappears before the warranty matters. Our office is here, our trucks are here, and you can find us next year when you need us. Every job starts with a real inspection and an honest recommendation. If a repair will get you another ten years, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a full replacement. When a replacement is the right call, you get a clear written estimate with no surprise line items, a crew that shows up when we say we will, and a jobsite left cleaner than we found it. We handle insurance claims regularly and can walk you through the process so you're not fighting your adjuster alone. Licensed, insured, and backed by workmanship and manufacturer warranties. Thousands of Middle Tennessee roofs later, most of our work still comes from neighbors telling neighbors.
