What a breath of fresh air to have a knowledgeable garage repair person (Johnathan) that doesn’t try to upsell you and give you fair prices and good honest work. And if you’re up for listening will explain the process to you. Didn’t feel like I was trying to be used for profits. Will be using again and recommending to others, just sad my mom already replaced her garage door before I used these guys. Replaced whole motor system and sensors plus added free work to ensure smooth operation for longer, like replacing rollers: $675 Quote for full door replacement well below the $3K my mom was quoted.

Reviews
Jon showed up within an hour of me sending a Thumbtack request. Figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. No need to call anyone else.
Jon was impressive. I requested service early in the morning and he responded within minutes. He was able to come out within a couple of hours. The work performed was top notch and efficient. He also communicated very well with me and showed me how to maintain the door going forward with lube and other maintenance. I would highly recommend his very professional service!
Jon was easy to work with, good prices and listened to what I wanted with no upsell pressure. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience with Timeless Entry Garage Doors. Jon, the owner, did an excellent job replacing the tension springs and rollers on our garage door. What really stood out was how responsive he was. I reached out Friday night about the issue, and Jon made himself available to come out the very next morning on Saturday. That quick turnaround was hugely appreciated. Jon was professional, friendly, and never made the work feel rushed. He took the time to explain what he was doing and walked me through a few possible upgrades to the garage door system in a very low-pressure way. It felt informative, not salesy, which I really appreciated. On top of that, his pricing was very competitive compared to other garage door repair companies I looked into. I would absolutely use Jon again in the future and would recommend Timeless Entry Garage Doors to anyone who needs garage door repair or installation work.
