The work exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love my wall unit with a fireplace it is more beautiful than what I imagined! Can’t wait for their return to do other projects!!!
Our project information specifically request a fireplace & chimney cleaning. When Timmy messaged saying he could do it, he made no mention of a gas fire place not needing to be cleaned like a wood fireplace does. There was confusion between my husband and I so we unfortunately paid him to simply turn our fireplace on. He “inspected it” and lit the pilot light was all. If gas fireplaces don’t need a chimney sweep, he shouldn’t informed us of that but instead took advantage of our lack of knowledge. We reached out after realizing what happened. We asked for a compromise, whether some money back or a price reduction for other jobs. There were half a dozen other things we were going to use him for so we thought a fair arrangement could be made. He simply responded saying he was giving us a good deal on those and wouldn’t own up to anything. We have him a chance to earn our business again and do the right thing, but he simply isn’t someone to trust.
Our new cooktop was professionally installed for far less than quoted by Home Depot. We were able to expand the project to include replacement of several electrical outlets... and are planning to have Timmy's back for more renovations soon. Highly recommend!
Went from the 90s with the mirrors to the 20th century! Will be hiring for sure again!
Had multiple kitchen appliances and six new ceiling fans installed in our newly purchased home. Custom cabinet work had to be performed for example, since we replaced an old microwave/oven wall combo with a double oven. Turned out better than expected, with the appliances looking seamless to the space. Tim and his team were great, as they helped accommodate our schedule based upon deliveries, plus completed additional install requests added last minute. Professional and polite, would highly recommend their services.
Five stars ISN'T enough for Timmy's Installations. They were fabulous and showed up when they said they would be here to install our new dishwasher. They hauled away the old one, as well. Also, there was a little electrical work that they discovered that was dangerous to leave as is and he they fixed it. They really looked out for us. We're grateful. Do not hesitate to hire Timmy's Installations, as we will most definitely hire them again.
Wow! So amazing! They fit me right in and did such an amazing job installing a fan in my bathroom. Super efficient and quality work and great value! Already planning for future projects that they can work on for me! Kind people - would 100% recommend!
