Gave an estimate based on a description & 2 photos. After doing the job, told me we owed $100 OVER the HIGH end of estimate. When I questioned why the large increase, he told me the pics didn't show enough. I asked him why they didn't request more if they were unsure and he said the women who do the estimate just did it off of that. 🤔 I then asked why when he got here and saw that it might be more than he thought, why he didn't say something then and he said that he thought it still would be within the range. So apparently it wasn't until he was done that he decided it was not going to be within the range and thought it was okay to charge 33+% OVER the estimate, without any conversation?! He said the only thing he could do at that point was unload it at 2 hrs of labor (plus the minutes he was talking), which would be crazy to pay for that & then have to pay for another haul. Most people these days can't afford an extra $100 in charges, that are sprung on them, let alone the senior citizen he was working for. Will definitely not recommend Tip Top, and if you do decide to use them, make sure you have lots of conversations about their estimate & how much they might go over...& keep talking once they're there!

Hired Tip Top to clear out a pile of brush and haul it away, and I couldn't be happier. He came out the very next day, showed up at exactly the time he said he would, and got to work right away. Fast, no fuss. The value was excellent for what I got. He even took card right there on the spot, so I just tapped to pay and was done. Easy, convenient, and a great experience all around. Highly recommend.

Just magical! Trevor is truly example of workmanship we all value in our lives! Responded within a few minutes! My deck was full of dirty and old junk which needs to be removed for upcoming house wash and it was done in 10 minutes with the smile on his face!
