About Titanium Construction & Development
I've been in the real estate business since 2012 as a licensed Realtor. Originally I started to renovate and flips homes for myself, but others started reaching out to help with their projects around their house for new bathrooms, kitchens, painting, flooring, carpet, siding, windows and hardscape landscaping after they saw my completed homes. They were able to see my eye for detail, ability to get things done and be professional & dependable. That's when I decided to officially start the construction business to help others as there is a huge need for dependable, honest, reliable contractors. I'm local and want to help you with your next project.

Titanium Construction immediately responded when I reached out to them about painting an exterior door. They came out promptly to give an estimate. They then completed the project quickly. It turned out great! They couldn’t have been easier to work with!
Praseen was very responsive and easy to work with. We will likely use for our next project!
Excellent work. Very professional, punctual, and high quality. Will definitely use this company again. A++++
Glad that I found Praseen to do the updates of the home I bought. He worked well with in the budget I had in mind and was flexible. But nothing was compromised with the work quality. Everything was well done and on time in a professional manner. Always had the suggestion and recommendations for the best way to do the work within the budget. Not hesitant to consider any last minute asks for more work. Definitely recommend!
