Tom came out quickly and repaired my deadbolt and door lock. Highly recommend!
TLS was a great choice. They came in a bit higher than other companies that reached out, but the quality, punctuality, and professionalism were worth the difference. My door strike was positioned poorly for both the smart lock and the knob, so the lock needed adjustment. He fixed it on the spot for a small added charge, which was well worth it since I didn’t have the tools.
The absolute best ever! Patient helpful on time someone you can trust and understanding of your situation
Tom with TLS Locksmith just completed a 2 set install and rekeyed all the locks including a back door to use one key! He was super fast, punctual and responded to my inquiry super fast. He informed me that the new lock set was smaller than the one that was on the door and it would leave a mark where the old lock used to be. While rekeying the back door, he noticed that the bottom lock was not functioning properly. He asked if I wanted to change it out for a very reasonable low cost, of course I said yes. His work is top notch. His pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs a locksmith! AWESOME!
Came out with less than 3 hours notice and helped me custom install a lock on a mailbox. Thank you!
Tom is very professional. He came on time and he did a great job.
Tom is very knowledgeable and considerate and has a very positive attitude. I was told I could not add an Electronic Lock on my front door because of an existing high end Baldwin lock. The Baldwin lock needed a little service and Tom serviced that lock also! He helped me set up the Yale Electronic Access app on my phone. He was prompt and called immediately once I posted my request and came in 1 hour. He completed the job the same day! I highly recommend Tom at TSL.
Great experience with TLS Locksmith. They installed a digital keypad on an old, historic front door, which I was nervous about, and they did a fantastic job. Super friendly, easy to work with, and they explained everything clearly along the way. They also went above and beyond to make sure it worked exactly how I wanted while still respecting the character of the door. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would definitely hire them again.
Tom was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. This bath lock from 100 years ago has been giving me issues for months. It only took 30 minutes for Tom to completely fix it. I would hire him again.
