Reviews
Extremely impressed he was able to solve a 10 year old problem without difficulty. He was so patient, pleasant and we felt we were in very capable expert hands. Would highly recommend Tom.
I would like to leave a shout out to TM Designs. I had a terrible time trying to get my surround sound system linked to my TV. TM designs troubleshooted my problem without even coming out & charging me a service call. They could have easily come out & charge me but they didn’t. I appreciate the honesty & integrity of this company. I will definitely hire them for future needs, thank you
I originally left a 1 star review because of some communication issues. We ironed those out and Tom made good on his commitment to assist me. We are still working on my concerns.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Had a last minute tv install on a Sunday. Answered my request promptly , was at the site two hours later and the work was exceptional. Would recommend and plan on sending more work
He is very knowledgeable and quick! My husband and I are satisfied with his service:)
Did a great job
I recently hired Tom to work on my kitchen and staircase projects, and I am very happy with the results. He handled both jobs professionally and with great attention to detail. The quality of his work shows, and everything came out just the way I expected. Tom was reliable, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I appreciate the effort he put into making sure the work was done right. I would definitely recommend him for home improvement projects, and I would be happy to work with him again in the future.
Extremely happy with TM designs! If I could select all 5 qualities I would! He was professional, kind, on time, fast with quality workmanship! Definitely will use again! Thanks Tim!
