Reviews
Tim responded promptly to my initial request for a quote and he was very comprehensive in discussing my expectations and ensuring that his quote accurately reflected our expectations. Tim's crew was able to start fairly soon after we reached agreement on quote. The project was to frame up two walls and enclose a new basement bedroom and add a closet in the new bedroom. Tim's project leader Hugo was a pleasant professional and worked very hard on meeting our project goals. They picked up at the end of every day and kept a relatively tidy work area. I was especially impressed with Tim and Hugo working to match the old baseboard which was not available off the shelf now and made a perfect match. The project was finished in about a week and a good cleanup was done at the end. Tim and I did a walk through and came up with a punch list of items that needed corrected. I was impressed with Tim being willing to not only respect my requests for the punch list but also add a couple of things that weren't done to his liking and 'for not being up to his company's standards'. Great result and experience and I would certainly recommend Tim and his team.
Great communication, worked around my schedule and did a great job for a good price.
We had a great experience with TMC Contracting refinishing and staining our three decks. We moved here last summer and wanted to update the original deck color to something slightly darker, and less red. Tim and his team did a beautiful job. Professional, communicative, clean, and the finished result looks amazing. Highly recommend!
TMC was great to work with from beginning to end. Tim was great to work with, and provided me a quote same day. Once I accepted the quote, they were able to schedule dates that were convenient for me. Removing popcorn ceilings is a disaster at best, but Tim's team made it as "comfortable" as possible. They made sure I was able to function in my home the entire time. I even have two dogs loose in the house, and they were great and worked around them as well. At the completion of the job the guys asked to do a walk through and make sure I was satisfied with everything that had been done. It was necessary to touch up a few places, but they took care of it immediately. They were not ready to leave till I was 100% completely satisfied. I would strongly recommend using them.
TMC did a wonderful job replacing our shower with new tile and shower fixture in our master bathroom. The crew was kind, professional, easy to work with, and flexible. Will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family!
We got the best house on the block thanks to these guys! I mean look at that paint job!
TMC and its crew did an amazing job painting the full exterior of our home. We will definitely be looking to hire them in the future for other home projects!!
Never showed up
Tim and his crew were great! They were punctual and very hard workers. Tim had great communication and helped me choose the perfect glass door for our shower. I would definitely recommend Tim and will be requesting his services again in the future.
TMC was highly professional and great dependable customer service. Tim's communication was timely. The subcontractor, Miguel displayed great attention to detail in completing picture frame wall/crown molding throughout my home & painting. I highly recommend TMC.
Tim and his team did an excellent job with the wet area bathtub and tile remodel. They completed the job ahead of schedule without any additional costs. 5/5 would hire again for any work done
The basement work did not pass any inspection. Work was not done to structural report specs. We are unsure if the remaining work will pass inspection. They were fast though.
Tim and crew did a great job with framing out and drying our basement. Tim was able to provide a quote within a day of coming out to project site and then was able to start it within a week of accepting quote. Tims crew finished the project in one day. Would recommend TMC for any of your home project needs.
Khalil fixed a bad hardwood floor patch (looked like a crime scene) done by another contractor. The area was right in the middle of my newly renovated kitchen with high end finishes and appliances. I highly recommend TMC and will use their services again.
It was a great experience! We needed a wall in our unfinished basement and they completed the job in less than a week from the time of the request to complete installation. They even cleaned every piece of dust on their way!
The employees that did the work were great. Interactions with the owner were not great.
TMC Contracting did a great job on my deck. They responded quickly, quoted a fair price, and did great quality work. I will definitely use them for future projects.
Tim and crew did a good job with painting the inside of house. Tim installed soft close on kitchen drawers also.
This is an updated Review: TMC Contracting remodeled a bathroom for us. Their crew made a mistake which cost us an additional $1,500. TMC stated they could not cover the cost right away, so we covered it with the agreement they would pay us back. They missed the first and second committed deadline but they eventually reimbursed us several weeks later. The bathroom itself looks beautiful. We would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the hassle at the end.
