Reviews
Corrie was knowledgeable, knew the products, and gave a reliable estimate. Tye and his team did the install. They were courteous and punctual. We had some repairs in addition to the carpet install and they were able to do it all. The final product was excellent- high quality work and great attention to detail. The rooms look great! I’d highly recommend TNA. This team is excellent!
I had a few areas that needed carpet restretching. I had a timeline I needed it done by. The communication was great. Timely service. They were professional and did a great job.
Had a great experience with TNA! First, Corrie was responsive, helpful in a way that educated us about carpet options, and she successfully kept us away from big box store prices while finding us the exact carpet we wanted at a price we were happy with. Second, Ty and crew were on time, did a great job, and went above to help us deal with a pet urine strain in a room. I'm going to be referring them to anyone and everyone in the future!
TNA was the first company to respond to my inquiry via Thumbtack. After this, they provided an economical quote and reasonable 2-day project completion date which ultimately was wrapped in one day. Our initial carpet selection was upgraded at no extra cost which my wife certainly appreciated (feels like we're walking on clouds!). The quality of work and professionalism provided by TNA far exceeded our expectations. We'd hire TNA again without hesitation!
Working with TNA was so incredibly smooth. They were so professional and so responsive and they gave me a deal that was really fair. I absolutely loved working with them. I cannot wait to hire them again for future projects!
If I could add more stars I would! One of the best experiences I have had with any home projects I have completed. Corrie was great with her flexibility in coming to my house with samples and providing competitive quotes. Ty and Ahmad were amazing with their work. Clean, respectful, efficient and excellent work. Could not say enough great things about this family run business!! Don't hesitate to hire them!
I enjoyed working with TNA Carpet. They were very responsive and personable through the entire process. Their work is top quality and they have a lot of pride in their product.
They were great, right on time, and so pleasant. They did a lovely job, I love my new kitchen floor.
Corrie and Ty are wonderful. I told them what I wanted, and they bent over backwards to deliver. The carpeted rooms transition to vinyl plank flooring, and the transitions look great. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to list my house early. Too bad I'm moving to Wisconsin, or I would certainly use them again!
Good work. Came in lower than his original quote. Will use again.
TNA did a great job!! I’ll be hiring them again to do the rest of my home.
Arrived on time and were very pleasant. They did a great job replacing our basement carpet stairs! Very happy with the service. I will definitely use them again in the future.
