He came for an on-site inspection to give me quotes for a pretty simple job. We had a great interaction he asked a few questions and he told me he’d get me a quote by that evening. Then he completely ghosted me??? Never responded to my messages or emails.
They said they would be by to pick up the dirt and by the time I got home it was gone ad the job was all done. No hassle at all.
Tasi did an amazing job on some yard clean up we needed (concrete removal, stump removal & brush removal). He was honest, did all the work that was asked for a fair price & super easy to work with. I would definitely hire him again!
After our initial onsite visit we knew we were working with experience. Phillip installed a beautiful patio, including a step for each patio door and completely changed the appearance of our backyard. I only wish we'd contacted TOA years earlier. So much attention to detail and perfection, absolutely everything from tear down of a wood deck to sealing the concrete was taken care of.
My wife and I were very impressed with Tasi and his crew. They were professional and Tasi gave us a realistic expectation on timing of our project. Thankfully with the weather cooperating everything came through on budget and on time, even with us making changes along the way to our original plan. Good people who focus on quality work and their customers experience. We will be coming back with any other concrete needs and recommending TOA to family and friends.
Nice man Tsai came to look at our job. Since the first visit he has been totally unresponsive.
Day1 Concrete LLC actually did the job with it being overseen by TAO. Job was completed in a timely manner and with a cost that was appropriate for the job.
Oscar, Tasi, and the crew are nothing short of concrete artists. Cannot be happier with the walkway!!! Thank you TOA
TOA did an AMAZING JOB! They were very responsive and friendly to work with. I will be hiring them again for future projects.
