My technician Johnny was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. He was prompt, professional, and made sure I understood the process along the way. My new garage springs and door opener are more quiet now than they were when I first built the house. Thank you Tom Garage and Johnny for your wonderful service.
Our technician was right on time and completed the job in quick time.
Johnny was fantastic, he was quick, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. Definitely would recommend his service!
Johnny came over quickly and helped me out with new garage door remotes!
Was responsive and was well experienced. Affordable to my needs.
Quick and easy install. Great pricing too, would recommend.
I’m very grateful for their fast responsiveness… Quick story: my garage door got stuck off the coil. I was freaking out trying to figure out how to close my garage door as it was getting late. They responded quickly gave me a fair quote for same-day services. I will highly recommend them for anyone needing something fast! Thank you Tom!
Problem number one Tom’s garage door sent out sub contractor the second problem was the tech left exposed wires on both sides of my garage door and the third problem was if you look at the picture look at the placement of the beam very poor work I would NOT recommend Tom’s garage door the last picture should be something a custom wants to do if the job is done correctly not something a company asks for very unprofessional
Tomas approached and solved the issue with both professionalism and determination to find and fix the issue. We were very pleased with his results and further recommendations!
