This is one of the easiest reviews to write, given the level of customer service we received. Tom answered our inquiry almost immediately; we didn’t go a full 24hrs before hearing back. He came within 48hrs to assess the project, new front steps and columns for a doorway overhang. He gave us an honest quote, fully explaining the level of work that he could see (always with a window of “what ifs” once things begin); the original estimate stood true, there were no concerns about payment for the completed job. He provided an accurate estimate of when he could start the project and showed up exactly on that date. He and his crew were extremely professional when working on the project; they were prompt with start and end times during each day of work, keeping the space tidy when not around and upon departure. The quality of the product and work far exceed what we were even expecting truly took the project we had in our heads above and beyond! We live on a close-knit street, even our neighbors noticed how impressive the work ethic was and have all complimented the completed project. Tom and crew helped give our home the upgrade it needed along with an immense amount of peace of mind knowing the front of our home is safely built and will last for years to come. We look forward to sharing his name with many of our friends and family, and hiring Tom again ourselves should a new home improvement project arise. We cannot thank Tom and his crew enough for their great work. We highly recommend Tom, you won’t be disappointed!

Tom and his team did a fantastic job on our deck. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and very well made. Was planned to be a simple job, but the task significantly expanded due to the pre-work inspection. Tom was very clear and helpful through the process, both working with the town and ensuring we knew what was going on. Would absolutley recommend Tom and his team for a future project.

Tom was fantastic. His crew had to do more than expected upon the initial evaluation. They were honest and very efficient. They did a fantastic job on our roof and our house is in much better shape now. We will easily be utilizing Tom and his team for other jobs as well.
I called Tom about a leak in my roof. In just describing the problem on the phone, he was able to diagnose the problem and propose a viable solution. When he came to look at it in person, I thought he would give me a quote and then schedule the repair for another day. But he fixed it right then and there! He’s fast, reliable, easy to communicate, knowledgeable, and very kind. I will definitely give him a call for future home improvement needs!

Tom is a great guy and easy to deal with. Showed up next day and gave me a quote at a very fair price. Did the job the next week and the roof is wonderful!
Project is starting in July, Tom was straight forward and explained what had to be done. Felt he was easy to talk to ,being a woman he did not talk down to you and that matters, other contractors seeing a woman talked at you not to you .Tom was easy to work with. Would hire him again if needed,he showed when he said he would. I am looking forward to working with him. Thank you Thumbtack you are spot on with Tom.
Great experience working with Tom and his team
Tom quoted me a price after we had agreed on the scope of work, he did exactly the work we agreed to and it came out beautifully. Tom’s guys, Shamus and Jeremy were absolute gentleman and very professional. Jeremy’s son Patrick worked one day taking demo material from the back yard up a hill to the dumpster. I was happy to see a younger guy with such a strong work ethic. While Tom and his guys were working on my deck, I was having the patio below lowered and stamped concrete installed. Tom arranged their schedule to accommodate this and completed their work while the concrete guys were setting forms along side them. It was a pleasure having these people build my deck. I recommend them without reservation.
