I would warmly recommend Tom. He was running a bit behind schedule but he texted in advance to let me know that he was running late. Tom diagnosed the issue with the microwave but was not able to fix the microwave because the sensors and entire microwave door needed to be replaced but he was up front about it. It was out of his scope. Nevertheless, he struck me as knowledgeable and I appreciated his effort.
