Chef Tom provided exceptional service for a birthday event! Over 100 people were serviced in Philadelphia. The menu consisted of jerk chicken, curry shrimp, rice and peas, Mac, collards, and cabbage. All private dinners and events start at a $700 minimum (including intimate dinners for two). I’m a personal chef and caterer with 10 years of professional experience, including 6 years working at a 2-Michelin-star restaurant, primarily on the private catering, banquet, and main restaurant teams. I travel for private dinners and events, while meal prep service is currently available only in Nyc and long island area . Meal prep is billed per delivery plus the cost of groceries, and in-person daily meal prep is also available. Tom and his team catered a sit-down Christmas dinner for 15 at our apartment. The food from cocktail canapés through dessert was elegant and delicious; it drew compliments from all. The wait service from set up through clean up was efficient and professional. Tom and his two assistants were not only highly competent but very friendly and pleasant to work with as well. We highly recommend Tom based on our experience.

Chef was extremely responsive with me from the initial contact till arriving at my home for the event. He ensured that all my questions were answered and that we had the menu planned out for the event. The food prepared was amazing. It was worth the value. There is not a single negative thing to say regarding chef Scott or his food. I will plan to use him and his amazing cooking skills again in the future.
Tom and his assistant provided amazing service at a reasonable price. Our guests were really happy with the food and the service. They arrived on time and took care of everything, including the cleaning after their service. Moreover, they were always smiling and everybody could see they were enjoying what they were doing. If I have to request another catering service, I wouldn't think of anybody else besides them.
Chef Scott was fantastic!! He came up with menus that are new and delicious. I was so happy that this birthday night went as planned and it was all because of chef Scott. I look forward to eating one of his delicacies.
I surprised my husband with a birthday dinner, and for someone who is usually unimpressed with food, absolutely loved what Tom created. All of the dishes were yummy especially the soup. Tom was professional, made good food, and was lovely to work with. I will definitely be using him for other events in the future!

Chef Tom rocks, he listened and helped make the perfect meal. I hired Tom for my husbands birthday. Tom was simply amazing, this was my first time hiring a chef and I was not let down. He was very open to helping me plan a special event and making it our own. Tom showed up on time and prepared to work, and not sure about most people but I was so happy that after that delicious meal he left the kitchen clean! I would do it all again, thank you!
Tom was AMAZING for my partner’s surprise birthday dinner!! Not only did he work really hard to make us an amazing menu (I am vegan but my partner loves meat!), but he executed a wide variety of food and drink to perfection. When he says full service— he means it! Start to finish Tom and his assistant Marie provided everything and did a full cleanup afterwards. Tom far exceeded my expectations for a wonderful evening. Highly, highly recommend.
