After discussing my problem with Tom (printer refuses to print--"no paper in tray" message, he researched the printer and suggested I clean the rollers. I tried but still printer refused to print I told him I would think about what I wanted to do for a day or so. He called the next day and said he would make a house call to see if he could resolve the problem. Very nice to talk to, suggested that I might consider buying a new printer if the cost to fix this one would be more expensive.
