He took our money after stating the hvac unit would be working. The AC never blew colder than 76f and a day later just wam ambient temp air. He returned (after xontacting him several times) demanding more money to get the unit cold. I told him no so he left. I am out $430 and no working AC

We had a great experience working with Tony. He came out, took the time to look at our existing condenser, explained what was going on, and gave us affordable options without making us feel pressured. Once we decided to move forward, he was able to come back the very next day and replace the condenser, which we really appreciated. Tony was kind, understanding, professional, and willing to work with us throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend Tony and will definitely reach out to him again if we need anything in the future.

This man sent me a message on the app, after I ignored it, I’m assuming proceed to call and dial up my number, called the wrong person, my sister, who happens to have a similar phone number as me but lives in another zipcode 50miles from me, and made her think he was her AC guy that was being sent by their building manager. Then he shows up without further discussion on the app or anything, apparently did the service, and when he asked my sister and her roommates for $$ they were confused. This man literally went all the way to the Burroughs instead on my location to do a job that wasn’t for him, then later mentions my name and it all clicks. Now I have my sister calling me screaming who did you call. I was sooooooo confused because I hadn’t talked to ANYONE. This man, without confirming the name, work order, address, happened to pull up to someone else with a similar issue and charge them $300 for what would’ve been free. He never mentioned price on the phone to my sister or the app. So no one knew anything. This man is very unprofessional and got lucky and scammed my sister. What a wild freak thing to happen. Trust no one here or on this app, this is wild.
Tony did a good job and fast. My central HVAC is cooling Daddy 😊. I highly recommended him
