They didn't do their job. The floors are still dirty. The windows weren't cleaned even though I paid extra for that. The bathroom toilets weren't cleaned. The only thing they did was cleaned the oven and the fridge. I would never use them again.

I've never seen my oven that clean!
Best experience! 3 months ago our deep cleaning was highly detailed from top to bottom. The two girls were on time and went to work right away. Efficient as well. After they did a walkthrough to make sure we loved everything and if we did not love it they promised to keep working! Now we use them every two weeks and it has given our family so much time and stress. We don't even buy cleaning supplies anymore. We are thankful
My cleaner had to come three times to get it right.
I hired this cleaning service to prepare a house for new tenants. The home was not excessively dirty, but it needed general cleaning and some scrubbing in key areas. Unfortunately, the cleaner appeared to do only the bare minimum. When I pointed out that the faucets, bathtub, and baseboards still needed to be scrubbed, I was told that the stains could not be removed. I then demonstrated how easily some of the faucet stains came off using a simple Clorox wipe. Even after that, the areas were still not properly cleaned and it seemed more like they were wiped over rather than thoroughly scrubbed. There were also noticeable issues after the cleaner claimed the job was complete. The refrigerator still had crumbs inside, and the blinds still had visible dust on them. It took multiple reminders, constant redirection, and ultimately a call to the supervisor before the cleaning was brought up to an acceptable standard. I expected a professional cleaning service to recognize and address these basic cleaning tasks without needing continuous supervision. Based on this experience, I was disappointed with the quality of service and the amount of effort required on my part to ensure the house was cleaned properly.

My husband and I reached out to these ladies and they really did a excellent job,the pro showed up on time and she started working with in 2hrs our 2bd, 2bth,apartment was cleaned up and was better than when we moved in that place. Thank you ladies for a five star job. We definitely reached out to them for are next job.
I would advice they hire professionals with years of experience to do a 2 story home or hire multiple people to do the job.i was highly dissatisfied as for a 5 hour job for deep cleaning the job was half done. fans not cleaned.. all dusty..the lady sent did what she was able to do as best he could. saly it was not up to par as professional work. I think the company should have rehired a professional to come back and finish the job or given a refund..so since I have to rehre someone to finsh the job i am only giving 2 start.
they sent a youg girl only 2 weeks on the job and he said she doesn't do inside of cupboards and didnt do any windows that we asked for. we asked for top to bottom and she said she can only do as far as she could reach. the company said after the fact they couldn't get on ladders afte telling them exactly what we needed. to mak it right they offered $15 off after paying for 4 hours and nothing was accomplished. the company gave us every excuse. I would never recommend them.
Tatiana was excellent! We pointed out what we needed and she was very thorough. The bathrooms were a mess but she managed to get them looking like new. Walls included (grandkids and their fingerprints)! Will definitely have her back.
