About Top Notch Construction
I am originally from California and have been in the industry for over 25 years. I have been involved in small remodel jobs to large commercial projects. I have a wide range of experience in many areas of construction that I now enjoy brining to the Nashville area. I have a passion for construction and love applying my knowledge and to see happy customers with a completed project. I am very fair and have many contacts in order to get even the toughest of projects done. I take a lot of pride in work that I perform especially when working in somebodies home. My home is my safe place and want it to be nice and comfortable for my wife and I. When working in someone's home and I expect the same demeanor from myself along with any workers I have working along side me. I experience great joy seeing customers expressions at the end of a project.

I loved working with Bryan on my backsplash. He was honest, reasonable and the quality of work was impeccable. I will definitely use him for more projects in the near future. Very grateful to have been connected with him!!
I highly recommend Bryan from Top Notch Construction. Bryan was extremely responsive throughout the project and communicated clearly from start to finish. He and his team arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and completed the job exactly as promised. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The tile installation was precise, professional, and showed great attention to detail. They took pride in their work, kept the job site clean, and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. What impressed me most was the combination of quality, reliability, and value. It’s not often that a contractor delivers exactly what was promised, on schedule, and at a fair price, but Bryan and his team did just that. I would not hesitate to hire Top Notch Construction again and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.
Bryan was so wonderful to work with!! We were on a time crunch moving into our new home & needed remodels FAST! He was right on it and even got it completed before our end date! Not only was he knowledgeable, he really helped us through the whole process so we felt comfortable. We trusted him & his team and they did such wonderful work! 10/10 recommend!!
Such a great job. Top notch construction was quick, flexible with time frames, and responded right away with any concerns or questions that I had. I wanted to remodel my shower from a builder basic acrylic style insert to tile that I chose with the help top notch constructions expertise. Highly recommend!
Working with Brian was fabulous! From start to finish, he was a pro. He advised on material I had picked out, was communicative and punctual. His quality of work is just as named — top notch! I am a very picky client and new the EXACT look I was going for and Brian delivered. Brian was hands on doing the work himself and made sure that his apprentice was also giving top quality work. I have worked with many contractors and they don’t always end on a high note — but this job did. I will definitely be hiring Brian in the future. Don’t hesitate to contact him for the job.
Bryan was quick to reply via Thumbtack to a request to fix loose tiles in my rental home shower floor. Bryan reviewed my request and pictures and had a good plan and solution to fix my problem. He was very prompt to get to the house to evaluate in person and fix my problem. I am very happy with the quality of work and the finished product. I would use Bryan again for similar or other work on my property.
Brian did a wonderful job renovating our bathroom! My husband and I are first time home owners and he was great at giving suggestions for what would work in the space and what would help increase resale value. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends and we plan to work with him in the future for other home projects!
Needed two sets of bifold doors replaced for pantry nooks. Started with a big box store that will remain nameless but begins with L- that botched everything from the measurement to leaving the actual cost of the doors off the quote I received. Bryan was responsive to the project via text and phone call, and he and his worker were punctual and attentive to detail when installing. Cost for project including materials was an exceptional value. Nice to find someone who does not price gouge customers. Highly recommended!
WOW! We couldn't be happier with our new shower! Brian was fantastic, guiding us through the entire process and always being available when we needed him. The tile and door look stunning, and he even helped us save a significant amount of money. I highly recommend Top Notch!
Bryan is a stand up guy. He is an excellent communicator and is committed to customer satisfaction. He did a great job working on my bathroom and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor!
Top Notch did an excellent installation… was on time… worked quickly.. very reasonably priced. Responded to all text and phone calls… would recommend to anyone. Thanks
Working with Brian and Top Notch Construction has been a delight. We were VERY nervous about our first major home renovation, but Brian was a helpful every step of the way. Our project had MANY surprises, including major structural damage which was uncovered during the renovation process. Brian was an indispensable resource in terms of navigating our options, and helped us get through some major surprises with minimal stress. Our master bathroom is nearly complete, and we can't wait to work with Brian again on our guest bath.
Bryan did a great job replacing a couple of ceiling fans and installing some recessed lighting. He was on time and completed the work as agreed. I will contact him again for future projects.
Bryan recently opened up a wall in my living room and installed french doors. Bryan was very flexible in working around crews putting in new floors and painting and getting the work to a point where everything could be completed efficiently. The final product looks great and really enhances the space.
Arrived on time, worked until the job was complete, and the work was as expected. Cleaned up and hauled off the demo materials. Highly recommend this company.
I hired Bryan to remove two storms doors and replace with new ones. He did a great job for a fair price. Most importantly they look great!
Initially he responded quickly, I sent pictures and measurements as requested then was told he’d call me when he gets to Home Depot or Lowe’s to give estimates for doors, never heard back! Not even a courtesy that he was no longer interested!
Bryan was great to work with! He did an amazing job on our kitchen backsplash and installed the tile exactly as we wanted it! He came back to finalize and add finishing touches in a timely manner. I would recommend using him!
I had top notch construction instal tile in two of my bathrooms. The work was mediocre. They said the work could be completed in a few days, but he kept pushing back and delaying. It took a few weeks before the work was done. Once complete, there were defects in the work- excessive haze and incomplete tiling in one of the bathrooms. I contacted top notch, and he said he would come out and fix it but he did not. I kept reaching out for the next two months, but he stopped responded and ghosted me. Overall subpar work and lacks responsiveness
