Very unprofessional, I should’ve cancel him when he call 2x to say he’s 5 mins away but didn’t arrived for 50mins. When he arrived and started assisting the issue he was continually interrupted by girlfriend arguing on the phone. He spends 5 hours changing an elbow drain and to fix a pex pipe. problem seem to fix, until a couple of hours later when pex started to drip. I informed him he came back to the house to say it’s water that was on other pipes that’s dripping off now, when I call and text he stop responding. He’s not for big plumbing job maybe just to install toilet and faucet. His price $850

A++ plumbing experience! Our new bathroom vanity/sink delivery was delayed and we submitted a very late request to have our old one removed and the new one installed. Not only was the installation thoughtfully and skillfully done, but the professionalism, advice, flexibility and overall service we received was nothing short of exceptional. We were thrilled with the results. Highly recommended!
It is great to meet Ira and his service, He is patient and professional, and we have done a huge video shooting project together, he is always the right one for your plumbing works! 100% recommendation my friend Ira!
Ira was great! He helped swap out old faucet and install new one. He was able to work in the small area behind the pedestal sink and remove the old, rusted (and really difficult to remove) faucet. Very happy with his work and love the outcome. We would definitely recommend Ira!
Ira was amazing to work with. He installed my bathroom faucets and toilets and he also installed my kitchen faucets. He was punctual, professional and went above and beyond.
Arrived on time, evaluated the issue, bought parts and had the work done in under 1 hour. Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Ira even explained to me how the new plumbing parts worked. Great experience. 100% recommend Top Performance Plumbing.
Very good service and response time. They changed two toilets in a matter of 45 minutes. I asked for this to be done at 2:55 am Sunday morning and they were there same day @2 pm. Excellent work. Highly recommended. (Inside joke…. You’re gonna wish you took that part)
He did a great job. His price was reasonable and he fixed both sink issues very quickly.
Ira installed a kitchen faucet and bathroom pedestal sink for me - all round fantastic work, quick to respond with a quote, flexible and punctual, quick on the installation and all round professional. I would def hire Ira again!
Installed two toilets for me, one ancient one that came original to the house. Top Performance handled the project with obstacles and all to our liking and all with a good value. Thanks for your help.
