Top Roofing Solutions did an awesome job on my roof repair! They answered my request for a proposal within a day and had their team out to fix my roof within a couple days, well before my deadline! A job well done! It’s great to find a contractor that is very professional and does what and when they say they are going to do it.
They were very responsive in providing an estimate and completing the work. The repairs i needed were completed very thoroughly and quickly.
Top Roofing Solutions was quick to respond and able to come out to our home the next day. Luis was great to work with and his team did excellent work.
I liked that they responded quickly, explained the work necessary and gave me the option to either repair or replace the fascia.
They did a great professional job and very affordable price!!
I strongly encourage you to stay far away from this company. They blew off two appointments before finally showing up and sent someone who barely spoke English. He assured me four times that he understood that I have a slate roof and you cannot walk on it but instead, just like every other company I called for an estimate, you can use a drone or simply look from a ladder. He assured me he understood. I walked back in my house and two seconds later he’s stomping all over my slate roof cracking multiple shingles in the process.
Thanks to Luis & partner for the Excellent job replacing our Skylight vent & roof. Also for Guaranteeing the the above & workmanship. A different company did not & we paid 2x for same, sadly it still leaked etc. Due to the TRUST we have developed, we WILL call & refer TRS always !
Here is the before/after photos. Luis and his team do great work and I would highly recommend. Their quote was the best out of many other companies I found on here too. They do an honest day’s work for an honest dollar!
We had some storm damage last week to the fashia on our roof. Top roofing solutions replied quickly and were punctual in their arrival. They did an excellent job with the repair. Mario was very polite and professional. We very much appreciate their help.
