We requested for just refrigerator and dishwasher cleaning. the lady who came didn't have right tools and left the job unfinished. the ower charged $110 to ne but gave only $50 to the cleaning lady. with such low price they sent people not necessarily know how to do the job. I didn't pay attention to the negative feedback but it's very true about these cleaners. they cheated and didn't even finish t h e job. don't hire

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my move-in cleaning. My appointment was scheduled for 9 AM, but the cleaner arrived about 40 minutes late. The cleaning itself only lasted around 40 minutes for a 2 bed/2 bath, 1,300 sq. ft. apartment, despite the service being listed as approximately 2.5–3 hours. I was also surprised by the limited cleaning equipment brought for what was supposed to be a thorough move-in clean. We specifically requested a deep cleaning of the bathroom, refrigerator, and oven. Afterward, there were still spots on the refrigerator, a visible ring around the bathtub, and pet hair inside the oven. I sent photos immediately. The company later described these missed areas as “minute,” which was disappointing considering these were some of the areas we specifically emphasized when booking. I was offered a return cleaning and provided availability that same day, even arranging building access since I couldn’t be there, but they later said they couldn’t return. When I requested reimbursement due to the overall experience, I was told the only resolution was for them to return within 24 hours and that I had “wished not to proceed,” which isn’t accurate—I initially tried to arrange for them to come back. Unfortunately, between the late arrival, extremely short cleaning time, areas left visibly dirty, and how my concerns were handled afterward, I wasn’t satisfied with the service.

I was extremely disappointed as I contacted top tier to help with a post construction clean. From our first point of conversation, I explained most of the house is empty.However, it is very dusty and the floors need extra TLC. Although the employees seemed to be working hard they were not equipped to handle the job. They did not have specialized equipment or the proper chemicals to clean a post construction home. The job that was supposed to start at three p m only started after seven thirty. We paid over $500 for a 2400 sqft home and 3 days later we are still finding dust everywhere. We had to push our furniture delivery. I was hoping for a much better clean and am disappointed in what we received. It was almost 1 am when they completed.. At that point, everyone was tired and I sent the workers home because it was not a lack of their effort. It was simply that they were not equipped to handle such a detailed job.

Honestly, I was so excited for this team of cleaners to come out. We moved into our home that was pre-owned and the sellers left the home in need of a clean. The cleaners responded so quickly and were very willing to accommodate our schedule and even came back the next day after an issue with the water. I was so disappointed about the deep clean they provided. I had to send photos where areas of the house were not cleaned. The first team spent 6 hrs in the home with one of the cleaners on the team stopping her cleaning efforts 3 hours before the cleaning session was over. Further, it still was not to the satisfaction of a deep clean. They sent a second cleaner and still we were disappointed in the end product. I’ve had amazing cleaners in other places and my expectations were not met. Though the second cleaner came and addressed areas we highlighted, unfortunately - there were other areas they missed altogether we thought they had cleaned during the first cleaning session. If I pay for a service, it’s not my job to also ensure they operate with integrity and do what they said they were going to do. Attached you will find a photos of areas that required a second clean and an area of the bathroom they stated was cleaned during the first session but did not. Quite frankly, I wouldn’t use their services again even if it was free. The logistics and headache of poor performance is not worth it. Use at your own risk.

Originally, the owner/scheduler and I arranged a time and date through Thumbtack. On the scheduled day, there was some confusion—they believed I had hired another professional and shared a screenshot showing this. It appears this may have been due to either a system glitch within Thumbtack’s app or the job not being marked as “hired” in their system, which may have led to an automatic update. Despite the mix-up, they were extremely accommodating and arranged for Janiece to come out within a few hours. Janiece did an excellent job, and I would like to commend both the company and Janiece for their professionalism and their willingness to quickly resolve the situation. This experience showed me they are committed to customer satisfaction and worth working with. Thank you again.

Did not clean the toilets, did not vacuum but did not adjust the price. The cleaner claimed that we not only threw out his vacuum cleaner but actually cut the cord… would not recommend this company

The cleaners were friendly and professional, but the quality of the cleaning fell short. There were still dog hairs floating around, stains left in the kitchen, and surfaces like TV stands weren’t thoroughly wiped. I had to go over some areas myself. Overall, a decent effort but room for improvement.
