Quality was good, very prompt. I felt a bit fleeced b/c I got multiple responses for different prices. I went with this pro at a cost that was almost twice some of the others only to find out that one of the other pros actually showed up to do the work and his direct price was half the cost directly. So keep in mind that you have middle men in this app up charging and outsourcing to people you can go to direct and save a ton of money. This was my first time using thumbtack so i guess you live and learn.

Reviews
Thought it was going to be super expensive. Too flow came to the farm with tools, ladders, and materials ready. Was in and out in an hour. Truly professional job.
Mark was punctual and courteous. In addition to cleaning the gutters and downspouts, he identified places where the gutter had detached from the side of the roof and added bolts to fasten it securely.
Mark showed up and did everything he said he was going to do. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. I originally had a 3-inch downspout that had come off, and instead of simply replacing it with the same size, Mark explained that based on the size of my roof, a 4-inch downspout would work better. I really appreciate that kind of service. He didn’t just replace what was already there—he identified a better solution, improved the setup, and made sure the job was done right. To me, that’s the sign of a true professional. I’m extremely satisfied with the work and will definitely be using Mark for all of my future gutter and downspout needs. Highly recommended!
Have not hired yet to do the job, but excellent communication regarding estimate and job info
Mark did great job. Arrived on time great communication and professional skills. I highly recommend TopFlow Gutters.
They were prompt and responded to my requests. They communicated what they could do. The quality of work was moderate. I would have liked silicone that matched my siding better. Given the situation they did the best they could. I would not have charged $300 for the job. Maybe $200… They returned after seeing my comments and did an excellent job. That firmly secured the my siding and painted the grey silicone. Overall a great improvement.
I needed a couple of gutters secured to my house and Andrew did an exceptional job and came to the same day. I am highly satisfied with the work.
Very responsive and great work done quickly. Re-affixed a gutter downspout that had been damaged during an ice storm. Even added extra brackets for stability.
I highly recommend Mark and Top Flow Gutters. He recently came out to my condo to handle an exterior siding repair and did a fantastic job. Communication was smooth and straightforward, he arrived exactly when scheduled, and the quality of the repair is top-notch. If you need reliable, high-quality exterior work, Mark is your guy.
Quick response and provided an estimate based on the pictures I provided. Showed up on time and completed the work quickly and professionally.
Not a single thing this pro came to fix was fixed. Within a week the roof was leaking, and the gutters failed. Go with a different pro in the future
I'm so happy to have hired someone who can fix exterior vinyl without charging an arm and a leg. He arrived on time, completed the job, and left with a smile, thanking me for hiring him. He's a super nice kid who knows his stuff. If you need roofing or exterior vinyl repair, don’t hesitate to contact this company.
Arrived on time. Talked to him about problem with gutter. He made a recommendation and quoted a price. Price agreed on. Will see how it works with next storm.
Very professional, helpful, polite, responsive and reasonably priced
Great price! Great service!!
We had a section of gutter break loose during a powerful wind storm. I called 3 local contractors who did not respond so I tried Thumbtack for the first time. After submitting a brief description of the problem, Mark texted that he could fix it the next morning and provided a reasonable quote for the work. We were so grateful to have the work done so quickly, especially since it was over a holiday. Mark was very considerate and responsive with communication when he had a delay prior to arriving but he did show up and completed the job. We were very pleased to know the gutter was secure and the banging against the house was over. Mark even explained why the hangers were not sufficient and suggested a repair to the rest of the gutter hangers. We will definitely contact him for future work in the spring.
Mark was great. He responded quickly and was on site after we spoke. He gave me a few options and his opinion. Came back a few days later to install. Highly recommend
