This is the first time I’ve used Thumbtack and I’m glad I did because of Eric and Top Gun Plumbing. I had recently had our furnace moved from a closet in the hall of our smallish rambler into the attic so that I could move the washer and dryer from the garage into that space. I wanted a quality installation that looked like it had always been there, but the small space and existing framing presented some challenges. Eric’s bid was fair and reasonable and he showed up on time to begin the work. We had slightly different ideas about how the job should be done, and in all fairness I was not as clear in explaining my vision and didn’t understand the challenges of my request to have the plumbing concealed in the wall. Eric was patient with me, and explained why what I wanted wasn’t possible, but rather than adopting a “take it or leave it” approach, we collaborated on the project and came up with a solution that we both believed would work. That solution required significantly more work on my part to redo the framing and move the condensation line from the newly installed air conditioner in the attic and, again, Eric was very patient with me and we rescheduled for two days later so that I would have time to get the space ready for him. Eric arrived promptly and on time again, took a look at the space, and went to work. He initially had planned to locate the drain for the washer farther to the left than I wanted because of space constraints, but when I explained that I really needed the drain and supply lines behind the stackable washer and dryer, we again collaborated on a solution. Because I was asking him to do considerably more work than he had initially quoted me, I told him that I understood the challenges that he was facing and offered to pay him more to get what I wanted. I also appreciated that he had to make two trips to the house because of the additional work that I needed to do to prepare for him, and that he was willing to work with me to fulfill my vision. He worked diligently to deliver on my requests and when he was done I had exactly what I had hoped for. I had another bid on the project, but I’m not sure that anyone else would have been as patient and thorough in explaining the challenges of what I wanted and then delivering a final solution as competently and professionally as Eric did. I would hire him again for any of my plumbing needs and would always recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and reasonable price! The attached photos show the “before” and “after,” and illustrate the challenges of fitting everything into the very tight space that was available. Top Gun is top notch!

I hired Top Plumbing to diagnose and repair a water leak that was coming from the master bathroom down into the kitchen ceiling. Top Plumbing was methodical in checking the bathtub, shower faucet, and drains while minimizing drywall damage. The leak was repaired successfully, and the final invoice matched the reasonable estimate they originally quoted.
The team of two did a great job. They were prompt, punctual and answered any questions we had.
Very knowledgeable! Helped me save money! Would definitely work with them again.
I had Topgun come out to look at installing a new hose bib in my backyard. I told the technician that I thought it was very odd that there wasn’t a hose bib in the backyard and that it would make sense if there was one under the kitchen sink. The tech went under the house in the crawlspace and looked for pipes that might indicate where a hose bib would be/could be installed. He also looked under the deck and said that there was just a drain pipe there. He charged me $138 for the trip fee and sent me an estimate for $1400 to install a new hose bib under the kitchen sink. a couple of days later, I had someone out looking at repairing some siding and repainting the exterior of my house. I’ve hired him before and he is an exceptional person and craftsman. He looked under the deck and it immediately said you already have a husband there. He went to the deck under the kitchen sink and lifted, exposing the existing hose bib. There was absolutely no reason to install another one right above it. I had no idea it was there, but TopGun Plumbing knew it was there. And yet he was going to charge me to install a new one. Bad business. Very unethical.
Great experience. Took the time to.asses the problem.so.we could fix it quickly.
Have had the new disposal installed for a few months, still working great! No more leaks.
Eric is incredible .second time I am using them and he quickly fixed my main valves and also fixed additional areas that needed work.
Hired Topgun Plumbing to install a branch for outdoor irrigation. They did a fast and clean job; solved my need. The communication was smooth and pricing was no surprise.
The service was great! Was very responsive and was able to quickly come and solve the problem. I would definitely recommend again.
Top gun came and completed the work agreed on and in the process discovered some other issues I’m grateful they found before insulation and sheet rock went up. They come highly recommended.
I had a leak under my kitchen sink and they were very prompt in responding to my message and showed up the same day to take a look at the problem. The issue was fixed the next day itself.I’m very happy with their service
If I could select all 5 options for what I liked about working with Top Gun Plumbing I would. They were extremely responsive, punctual, and professional. I believe their work quality is excellent, they just finished today so I can't say if there will be any problems, however I believe I won't have any issues. They also have a 1 year warranty on all work performed. They were polite and courteous. Would use them again.
Eric with Topgun plumbing was able to accommodate us within a week. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work. When I suspected a leak below the sink (when there was none), Eric came back to check the same day and checked.
His job is great. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Great, gave an estimate upfront and got the work done. Was responsive to general questions and any additional help
He is really professional and has done a lot great investigation on my house and refer me to roto rooters. He is really helpful!
Great communication and responsiveness prior to the appointment. They were able to get someone here in about 24 hours, much better than anyone else we contacted. Showed up at the beginning of the appointment window and did a good job fixing our drain issue. Would definitely work with them again.
Provided clear and honest communication about the problem we hired him to fix and helped troubleshoot additional issues as well. Friendly and helpful.
Did the job when they said. And responded quick. Good price and quality of work.
