Brian was very knowledgeable about our plumbing needs. He was able to work us into his schedule quickly, and did not cut any corners.
Brian responded quickly and came to clear my main bathroom I am grateful for his quick response thank you 🙏
Brian and his apprentice were a good team. The repair involved more than “just a leak,” since the pipes were original to the house. They stayed until the job was completed — no leaks, no disintegrating parts, etc.
I had a small leakage under the kitchen sink. The Top Notch tech called me within 10 min of the quote request, helped me over the phone, no charge! Very friendly demeanor and reasonable solution tips. Thanks, Top Notch!
Brian from Top Notch Drain Care replaced a toilet in my downstairs bathroom and was very responsive throughout the entire process. He did excellent work at what I believe was a great value. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone in need of a plumber and would gladly hire his company again for future projects.
brian was fantastic i would definitely hire him again
Called them for a small leak they made a mess didn't even fix the problem... but charged $150 for their valuable time... stay away it's a waste of time and money
Bryan came out on the same day to repair my toilet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be using again for any plumbing repairs.
Brian called me right away, literally within seconds of my request, and was on site with a colleague to take care of an extremely difficult clog that was causing a severe backup in my bathroom in about an hour (less time than he even said it would take). The clog required removal of the toilet and replacement of an aging leaky valve, which was all done expertly, with care being taken to keep the area clean and left it absolutely spotless. Brian even waited for me to run and get a replacement toilet instead of putting the old one back. Great price, great attitude, great skills. Extremely experienced, professional, pleasant and by far the best plumbers I’ve seen in a long time. I went call anyone else ever.
