Vlad and the TopView Painting & Construction crew handled a big mix of work at our Tigard home and did a great job. They completed a full exterior repaint with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint, replaced damaged cedar siding, pressure-washed and stained the deck, rebuilt the deck stairs full-width, installed a living-room window, remodeled the basement staircase with new treads and risers, installed hallway laminate, put in an island range hood with the soffit/vent chase, and cleaned the concrete. Prep was thorough — wash, scrape, prime, caulk — and they protected landscaping, windows, and interiors. When extra items came up (rotted trim, extra coat on trim, grading and sod by the new stairs), they handled them and kept the site reasonably clean. Communication was straightforward and they showed up ready to work. House looks finished and consistent. Would hire them again.

Reviews
Vlad and his team is exceptional. Attention to detail and an eye for beautifying imperfections. The team was very professional and respectful of the property. The prep work was like a work of art which allowed the paint work to shine. They sealed the baseboard to give it a clean finish which I would have never thought to request. This is what makes this team highly professional, knowledgeable and their craftsmanship is utterly impressive. Thank you Vlad and team. I am glad I took a chance.
Vlad and his crew did a wonderful job painting our 3 story house they were on time and did quality work. They were great about answering any questions and doing all the little details to make the house look great. We would be happy to use them anytime and will recommend to our friends.
Very professional. Good price for our needs and done in less than 8 hours. Excellent masking and taping and cleanup at the end. Looks great and pleased with the end result. Will use them again in the future and I highly recommend them.
I have limited experience with vetting professionals for any time of home improvement work, therefore did not ask the right questions. That said I am 90% happy with the work performed and have the opinion that the contractor was responsive to my questions, attempted to find solutions, and hired workers that were always respectful.
Responded quickly with a fair quote. Very professional and responsive.
Vlad and his crew painted my whole house inside and we’re so great to work with that I immediately hired them for a bunch more work!
Very pleased with the work Vlad and his team did on our house!
Very professional and detailed. Would highly recommend and would use again.
Vlad and his crew did a beautiful job painting my entire house, inside and outside. The interior trim was new so it had to be caulked and sanded before painting. His guys met my very high expectations for quality. The result is beautiful! I had a complicated color scheme with lots of cut lines which they got perfect. I highly recommend TopView!
I called last minute to get my new house painted and new floors installed. Vlad was able to fit me in and get all the work done by my move date. The work he did was perfect! His finish guy Leo was also punctual and professional. He did a great job getting our doors hung just right and installed a barn door over my pantry that looks amazing. I would hire both again and would highly recommend them to everyone.
Made an appointment for a quote with a set time and date and confirmation and Topview was a no show and no contact.
Vlad and his team were fantastic. Quick, responsive, professional and most importantly - a fantastic paint job! Vlad responded quickly to any questions and reached out with questions of his own during the project to make sure things were done the way I wanted to. He was able to start right away and finished so quickly. The house looks amazing!
Vlad was quick to respond to our request and had a team within a day of our request. Sergio and team did amazing work transforming our living space. They were quick, neat and clean. Definitely will be hiring this team again.
