Wasn't offered a walk through together with the cleaner to cover what was done. the cleaners were rushed to leave because they had another Appointment to go too. I was at work and they told me to get back to the house in 20 minutes and told me they had to leave soon. I got home, did a quick walk through alone, and paid. Realized a lot of spots were missed, big patches of dust were unclean on the floor on the edges, behind the toilet was dusty and untouched. Would probably try a different company if I need to hire cleaners again.

Reviews
I did not use them but I love the response to my request
Maybe working with the customer can be a better way rather than walking away.
They found over 1k in my closet during my move out and were honest and reported . It meant a lot since we had forgotten it . Very professional overall super responsive and did great work.
Service was amazing, every area outlined in the contract was cleaned to perfection. Hard wood floors, carpets, windows, all appliances, and bathrooms were meticulously cleaned and stains gone! All stars, Would recommend!
They did an amazing job doing a move out cleaning, the house was spotless and professionally cleaned
House is spotless after cleaning, great attention to details, would recommend.
Great job deep cleaning my house! We have cats and the team did a good work removing the pet hair on the surfaces.
Torres Expert Cleaning handled my move-out cleaning and I couldn’t be happier. They were super detailed - every corner, cabinet, and baseboard was spotless. The place looked better than when I moved in, and it made the whole process so much less stressful. Highly recommend!
Recently booked the move out cleaning service and added on the carpet cleaning service as well. Torres Expert Cleaning did an excellent job. Very thorough and reasonably priced for the quality of work.
Really satisfied with Amanda and Ricardo’s service. My room was left sparkly clean and with a good smell. They are the most professional cleaning service I’ve worked with :they have a pretty clear standard and procedure of a standard house cleaning job, and they would share that with the customers beforehand. In addition, I like they bringing their own shoe covers for the cleaning, which sounds basic but not all the cleaners I’ve worked in the past would do so. Would definitely work with this pro again and would recommend them!
