I requested a deep cleaning and had a few add on totaling to about $500. They have a checkout process where you check everything and if you want they can redo it. I had to have them redo almost everything. I was expecting a deep cleaning but this was more of a wipe down. I paid $65 dollars extra for the fridge and when the gentlemen started to clean he said there was a part he couldn’t take out that had liquid stuck in between; however I was able to take it out. It seemed like they were very incompetent. If I asked about something they’d say oh that’s just the way it is. Another example was the tub. They left all the grime and when I told them to reclean it they said that’s the way it is. I told them when I clean it it comes out clear. Lo and behold he goes back and cleans it. The vacuum cleaner they have is really bad. I ended up revaccuming my entire house once they left. By the time they finished it was late and dark. The next morning I was able to really see everything else that they missed. I messaged the owner she offered to send them back the next day to redo those areas; at first she said 4-5, then 5:30, then 6:10 By then I had to step out to another commitment I had. I asked if I could get reimbursed for all the spots they missed. She offered me $15, I asked if they could come back the day after. She said no they’re busy. No real problem solutions and just poor management. I told her the cleaning felt rush she said her cleaners don’t do that..? But I was with her cleaners while they cleaned my house. I even gave them each a $20 dollar tip because they did put in work but just not deep cleaning work. I get they have a checkout cleaning but they really should be putting their best effort the first time around. I shouldn’t have to do multiple inspections and have them redo all the areas they missed.

Torres Smart Cleaning did an excellent job deep cleaning my bathroom! My shower is now sparkling clean. They are also very kind, professional, and responsiveness over text. I appreciated that they took their shoes off before entering my home without having to be asked. Lastly, the cost of the service was a great value and very affordable!

They knew just what to do and brought all their tools and know how to the job with great results. My house is big and kitchen was very dirty before; Torres helps me clean everything in detail and make it shining like new. The service is also cheaper than most of the other services. Besides, the cleaners are very friendly and easy to communicate. What can I complain about, with such a great quality cleaning and bargain price!

The awesome trio that came in to do my move out cleaning did an excellent job all through the place. They were extremely patient and thorough. They took their time at each level of the home, cleaning every nook and cranny and were upfront about areas that would still not look perfect in spite of their best effort (bathtubs made of certain materials, grout etc. for example). They provided a very reasonable quote and were there at home for almost eight hours until everything was in satisfactory condition. Even after that time, when I asked for some extra cleaning behind the refrigerator, I was happy that it was done with a smile and I even received help to pull the refrigerator out of the cabinet without asking for it. I would highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs..
