I had bad damage on my wooden floor that needed to be sanded down and re-finished. Toscano was quick to respond with a video chat to view the damage and discuss the options. They provided a competitive quote and stayed in touch throughout the process of getting approval for the work through my coop management company. Toscano worked with my building super to ensure they followed the coop rules and completed the work on time, providing updates with pics. The finished floor looks as good as new. Gorgeous finish! I would highly recommend the Toscano team!

Reviews
My experience with Toscano was great from beginnings to end. They help to submit all paper to get approved to do floor refinishing in my coop. They were able to refinish my old hard wood flood in one day and the finish work was very beautiful hard wood floor.
Very professional communication. Very friendly and helpful support staff. Workers were early, worked hard and fast and did a beautiful job!

Their expertise and advise were greatly appreciated. Floors came out better than anticipated. Thank you as will not hesitate to use them again.
Sooo... Our floors look absolutely amazing! I just have to say that I will forever recommend this company to have your floors refinished. We went from a horrible situation to an amazing transformation. Thank you so much! I'm attaching before and afters. 5 million stars in my book ❤️
The after pics are the lighter floor. Just sanded and natural finish, no stain used. Just beautiful! And very neat as they worked. I will recommend in a heart beat. Thank You so much!
Great service! They did my master bedroom in a day. They were punctual and professional, will definitely work with this company again!
Very pleased with the quality of the work and the the workmen and the company, in general.
We hired Toscano for removing the old carpet, revamping the original wooden floors and buffing up the floors. Martin explained they process very thoroughly, we had Emmanuel and Denise as the crew for working on our project. They did an amazing job removing the carpets, sanding the surface smoothly and giving us sufficient color options. We would love to hire them again, and definitely recommend Toscano to the folks who are looking for a reliable service. Their project team was very responsive when we had to reschedule the project over and over again due to a slow renovation in our kitchen. Very pleasant experience as a first time home owner.
