Total Cleaning Services (TCS) did an outstanding job. I had family members visiting from out of town and needed two area rugs cleaned. With so much preparation, I completely forgot about the rugs. I reached out to TCS at the very last minute thinking it was too much of a last minute notice, but Matthew came through for me with flying colors. He cleaned the rugs and also removed hard stubborn stains that I believed would NEVER come out. His professionalism excellent, the price was great. His arrival and delivery times were exactly as he promised. GREAT SRRVICE!!!

Excellent carpet cleaning work from Michael and our carpets look brand new!
Rug stretching and clean. Easy to work with, did an outstanding job. Well worth the price. Will use again.
We hired Total Cleaning Service to clean our 8x10 shag rug, which had not been cleaned in over three years. Matthew did an outstanding job-he successfully removed old stains and restored the rug making it look brand new! and all within a quick turnaround of just 3 to 4 days. He handled both pickup and delivery, and even assisted with placing the rug back under our sofa. Matthew was prompt, courteous, and highly professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely be utilizing his services again in the future.
We hired Matthew to clean two large area rugs that had not been cleaned in over 20 years. He could not have been more friendly or accommodating. We were very pleased with results and will absolutely hired him again when the need arises.
Matthew picked up rug which had been wet by a nearby humidifier and returned fresh and clean free of stubborn odors. He also worked hard and cleaned the grout lines of tile in the kitchen to restore it to it’s original color.
Matthew did a wonderful job with both of my rugs! They smelled terrible and now it smells fresh and looks brand new! Will be using him again in the future.
Total Cleaning Service provided the best customer service, over all value for cleaning two large area rugs and runner. The company was prompt in responding to my service request, and provided the best quote than their competitors. They are truly a full service company, offering free pickup, delivery and rug placements. Total Cleaning Service was able to complete the service in no time while competitors were quoting 3 weeks. The quality of their work is amazing. My husband inherited the rugs that has never been professionally cleaned since it was laid in their family home 38+ years ago. The rugs came back like they were brand new. They were unrecognizable! The plushness of the rug pile is amazing; the colors popped, and they were able to remove stains that were on the dining room rug (1st photo). My husband and I highly recommend Total Cleaning Services for the quality of their work, professionalism, customer service, and best overall value.
I was so appreciative of him being prompt with arriving with my rug for a "routine cleaning". I messaged him and was able to get it picked up the next day, and dropped back off 2 days after. The rug looks so much better now. Thanks so much!
Rug looks beautiful, very easy to coordinate pick up and drop off. Thank you!
