Highly recommend
For the amount of money I think they were working to fast. They did remove the insulation but didn't clean up. I would have thought they would vacuum up the loose insulation every where and removed all the pieces of paper still hanging on the wood. $750.00 was way to much to install a new exterior vent to keep the birds out. It was a 15 minute job. They sprayed a chemical on the whole basement ceiling. I was told it would dry and it did but is is very sticky. We have a lot of storage items that I need to clean up now. I won't use them again.
I had a great experience with Total Control Home Services LLC for carpenter ant eradication and mice control. Eric provided a very reasonable price compared to the estimates I received from other pest control companies. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the entire treatment process clearly, answering all of my questions. I truly appreciate his honesty, knowledge, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Eric and Total Control Home Services LLC to anyone looking for reliable, effective, and affordable pest control services. Thank you for a job well done!
Knowledgeable, understanding and professional. Highly recommended.
They did such an amazing job! I would definitely hire them again!
I was in contact with an individual from this company who promised me a contract for an upcoming service. Despite reaching out multiple times over a 24 hour period, and after providing the individual with my personal home address, I never received a contract for the scope of work. I question the validity of this company and advise anyone to use caution when dealing with this company.
Extremely friendly and was able to come the next day!
I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to come out to remove the dead animals from my trash cans. They returned my call within a couple hours and came out the next day. The tech, Zakary, was polite, professional, and thorough. He even sanitized the cans after removing the water and deceased squirrels (4 total). The price was also extremely reasonable. I signed up for the quarterly pest management to keep bugs away including ticks as I have a dog. I was assured that what they use is pet friendly. He even educated me on what makes it safe for pets. I highly recommend.
The guys showed up exactly when they said they would. They finished quickly and cleaned up the weeds as expected. Nice guys and would definitely recommend!
