Best plumber in the valley. Bar none. Won’t use anyone else after my experience.
It’s after hours, we’re moving. Disconnected the Washer and the old plumber hadn’t fixed the valve that had stuck, he had simply hooked the hose. I had water coming out fast. We’re moving the next day. Chase came out that evening, he “on his way home!” He had the tools, and parts we needed. Chase is pleasant, a great conversationalist, and highly skilled. The problem was solved, and the work was beautifully done. I will definitely call him again!
I was very very pleased with their work. Reasonably priced, responded quickly, and did a great job. I don't think I've ever used a plumber more than once since I been in AZ, but I think that will change. Will absolutely use again!
Chase is an amazing person and deserves a raise. I didn’t ultimately go through his company but he was extremely helpful when the person I did hire screwed me over. He valued me as a person vs a potential client and even went above and beyond. After getting a hatch job from another plumber he took my call even though he was already busy and gave me a second opinion and went out of his way to come over and help me out of a sketchy situation he not only looked at pics I took he actually went out of his way to actually come to my house and looked over the horrific scene that I was left with gave me great advice and was willing to help me out any way he could even if it wasn’t through him. I ultimately had to file an insurance claim because of the issue I was left with the other company but I sure wish I went through him initially I would have saved so much money and headaches if I went through him initially and would have saved me having to endure the past 3 days without water. His quote was very fair and better than everyone else out there. I for sure will use him for future projects. The fact that this company has someone like Chase shows me this would have been an amazing company to work with and he will for sure be the person I go to for future projects. I can’t thank him enough for being an amazing human being!
I had a great experience with this plumbing company! Damon did an excellent job and was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done right. It’s always refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and providing great customer service. Damon was wonderful to work with, and I really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Damon come out! :)
Looking for the handle part that attaches to the internal water filter of the shower. Costs of the job paid was $511.change - to put in a whole new system of can’t find the part, will be almost double as a portion of the wall would need to be removed. I am looking at e-bay where I find older parts.
Highly recommend, very knowledgeable and explained the best solution to our water pressure issues. Working so much better and we have confidence n our home plumbing again!

Cancelled first appointment, failed to show up during promised time on 2nd appointment, then gave them one last try and failed to show up again at agreed time for appointment. Terrible customer service. Waste of time could’ve had it fixed by now.
Called Total Plumbing & Drain after our tub faucet was stuck when trying to replace. We ended up bending a pipe by accident. Chasse came out same day and was able to remove the stuck faucet and fix the pipe. He was transparent about the cost and let us know our options before beginning the job. Really appreciated the communication, efficiency and attention to detail! Thank you!!
$300 for an emergency visit. The guy came over to fix the clogged toilet that started having the same issue the following morning. Then they send out someone else who just came in to look at a problem again without trying to fix it. Literally came in with zero tools. He promised to send someone out again to actually fix it. But no one ever showed up at a scheduled time. Now they are sending me two additional estimates to replace the whole toilet without coming and trying to fix the issue in the first place. I got two other estimates from different companies that are twice less what they are asking (Judy Brothers call them!! I hired them before for other reasons, way better deals and customer service)!!
