Found a rare gem I would say. He is dedicated, he is true to himself, he works as if he is working on his home, emphasizes fellow home owner mindset, very knowledgeable, not money minded, very affordable, establishes a relationship. Took care of my house damage with minimal cut open, explained each and every process in detail. Strongly recommend

Did a great job helping me with an unexpected crisis
Excellent work! I was Blessed to have Arnaldo to make the repairs. He was super professional, observant, skillful, and trustworthy. Thank you so much!
Was on time took pictures and wrote a report stating no mold in attic just water stains
If there's water damage in the house and you're scrambling to find a company to help you out of the misery, look no further - this is it! I've contacted so many other companies that either charge $100 just for an inspection or gave crazy high quotes. I found Total Restore, they were very responsive and came out the next day to have a free, thorough inspection. Arnold was so friendly and professional. He helped explain the basement cleaning+sanitizing procedure and answered my many questions. They provided a quote the same day, and it was very reasonable. (I compared it with another company's quote that was just unbelievably high) Arnold came the following day to do the job. He was very efficient, knowledge and professional. You can just tell that he's amazing at what he does. Everything got cleaned and sanitized, leaving the basement smelling clean and fresh. Arnold sent a formal report with lots of before and after pictures. I highly recommend Total Restoration. If I need another job done in the future, I won't be looking elsewhere.
