Reviews
This company was very responsive and prices were competitive. They were very communicative regarding schedules and notices and arrived promptly and respected our property.
The technician was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He carefully checked the gas pressure and safety components, clearly explained the issue, and fixed it efficiently. The heater is now working perfectly. Excellent service and highly recommended.
I had an emergency situation on a Sunday, with one of my Tennants furnace’s not working … Touchdown heating responded immediately and over there in only a few hours. He knew what he was doing , diagnosed the situation quickly and made the necessary repairs… He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. 5 stars. Worth the money!
I had an extraordinary experience with Chris and the Touchdown team. I initially thought I would move forward with a furnace maintenance appointment but rather I received a valuable lesson in putting furnace safety first. Following our conversation I felt secure in purchasing a new system. Don't hesitate to contact this team with your furnace and heating inquiries!
