I started Trades Advantage to serve the women in my community. In 2021 we purchased a resort & in 2023 a coffeeshop in Lanesboro and now the majority of my time is managing & maintaining our property. At this point we only travel to Rochester once a week. You'll need to be flexible on timing if you want me to complete a project for you. I can also only take on small repairs or assembly because of my time constraints. As a woman owned company - I care that you are heard and respected. I care about the relationship we build with our customers and quality workmanship. I show respect by communicating well, showing up when I say I will, staying till the projects done and cleaning up after. I provide the service you want in your contractor!
