Reviews
I reached out for a quote for transportation for my wedding. They were responsive and provided the information I needed. Although we ultimately decided to go with a different transportation option that worked better for our needs, I appreciate their time and communication!
Maybe answer their phone after a customer calls them 5+ times when there’s a no show on their behalf.
All of it. This was a great experience. I am glad to be able to add to their reviews. I was a bit skeptical at first because I only saw one. Well, we had a wonderful experience with this company. David, our driver, was perfectly on time and wonderful as well as very accommodating. The team at the back end with contract/paperwork and adding time was easy and also very accommodating as I kept adding hours, realizing I was going to need to update the contract twice; they had no problem with that and helped right away. Great company; I would absolutely use them again for any travel needs.
very responsive, reasonable pricing
Great experience with Trans Dispatch! Communicative, friendly and punctual. Would recommend!
I can truthfully say that I was very impressed with this company. Very efficient and quick to respond to questions. Our ride to Newark, NJ with Jaswant was amazing. He is very polite and insisted on lugging our bags into his luxury SUV. Great driver as well! Hoping he can be our driver on the way back home!
