Working with Barbara was a great experience. She is good at what she does, speedy to reply to questions or changes, and professional all the way through. Our only small issue was that expectations were not clearly set at the outset of the project in terms of estimated hours for completion, so we had a bit of sticker shock when the project was complete. However, Barbara worked with us on our concerns and was willing to come to a fair compromise, and that is the most you can ask of someone.
