I had a contract with Transit and Flow. They eventually finished the job, but only after I called them and told them that if the work was not completed by Friday, I would not continue working with the company. After the job was finished, they asked me to make the final payment using their phone. They kept my payment information and charged me twice for the remaining 50% balance, so I was technically charged double. I also did not receive a proper receipt or any clear documentation after the work was completed. Please be careful when dealing with this company, and do not leave your banking or payment information saved on someone else’s phone.
From start to finish it was a great experience. Our garbage disposal was leaking after another company botched the install. I reached out to Transit and Flow and Michael called me right away, he was very empathetic and got me on the schedule for the next day. Charles the technician showed up on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He spotted the issue, collar wasn’t replaced by the other handy man service company, replaced it and fixed the leak. I will call Michael and Charles next time I need any plumbing work in my home. They were affordable, on time, friendly and professional.
I posted a need at midnight last night, and hubby and I talked with them this morning. And they were here within an hour! The garbage disposal was replaced, is working and life is good 😂.
Quality work and fast resolution/fix
Great experience from start to finish. I had them come out to fix the hot and cold water faucets for my washing machine, and they were able to get everything taken care of very quickly. The plumber was very nice, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. I really appreciated the quick service and quality of the work. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
I will use their services again and recommend to anyone on this app. It’s nice to find a plumber outside of the overpriced/larger providers.

I had a clogged pipe which caused the water pan to fill with water. The technician found the issue and was able to fix it and I don’t have more water issues. Shane was very understanding, knowledgeable and professional.
I needed someone fast as I had a water leak at my hot water tank. This company reached out within minutes of my post and had someone at my home within 2 hours. The plumber did a temporary fix and came back the next day and completed the job. I was kept updated on all eta as well as updated as the work was being performed.

Robert listened to our concerns about our sink, and he knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. He wasn’t the first to try, and the other people we had hired simply “put a bandaid” on the problem. It would be better for a day or two, but it never truly worked well. However, since Robert has been here, everything is working as it should. A simple thing like water going down the drain and not coming back up is my new happy place! Thank you so much for all your kindness and for actually fixing the problem!
