They were very rude when I asked for a consultation. I never agreed for them to pick my junk up, I didn’t even pay yet. Yet when I said I was not interested in hiring them after getting the quote, they said they already picked it up and I had to pay them. I refused, as I never agreed or signed a contract, I was also not in town and could not confirm they actually took it. They yelled at me when I said for them to please put it back, I was not paying, and then threatened me with a lawyer.
