Reviews
Tree Top Care Services, Nelson, and Ashley were great to work with. Nelson and Ashley are both affable and personable and a pleasure to interact with. The tree work was excellent, fast, and results were neat, clean, and tidy after completion. Everything I needed and requested was done precisely. Without hesitation I could and will recommend them to any friend of mine.
I can only give Nelson and the crew a more than glowing review, MORE than a 5 star review from beginning, with the prompt response time to offer his services, provide an estimate, the punctual timeframe of beginning the job ahead of stated time, keeping me updated from first correspondence throughout the process of removal, shredding, stump grinding, and debris clean up of 25 TALL Cypress Trees in such a professional manner, showing attention to detail of even the birds with nests full of eggs, to remove them with CARE, showing compassion (That is rare today!) through to the completion. The crew each knew exactly their job, like a crew of worker Ants each doing their part as a team to accomplish the job in such a skillful manner in handling all the equipment that was required to accomplish the jobs in such a proficient manner. I was so amazed at the skill of the Tree Climber, climbing the tall trees with such skill as that of a Squirrel, to cut limbs, tie off ropes etc.! I was so impressed with all their skills. I found the whole crew to be courteous, friendly, and displayed a dedicated work ethic. That is how they were able to accomplish the 25 tree removal in such an unbelievable time frame and professional manner. I was very satisfied with the cost quote I was given and even moreso after seeing the skill, proficiency and care taken to accomplish the job. Thanks to all of you and look forward to future projects with you should the need arise. I will definitely pass along referrals. Gail & Gray O’Neal
We received excellent service with this company. They were on time, had excellent communication, and we got a reasonable quote for the amount of work they did.
Nelson and his crew arrived before the scheduled time and got started to work. They were extremely efficient and professional in getting the work done promptly. The crew cleaned up and I can say that I am more than satisfied with the outcome. I am so pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company.
These guys are the best! Scheduled for 10 am arrived at 930 and one hour later they were done! Tree trimmed and all cleaned up! Thank you!
They were very responsive, did an absolutely great job and best value for everything they did. They did tree removal with the stump, tree, trimming and bush trimming, and everything turned out fantastic!
The crew worked hard to remove an immense red oak and a pine tree - like a symphony working as a team using a crane, multiple trucks and a bobcat. Cleaned up the left over limbs and trimmed another tree branch .
Before and after TTC trimmed the limbs that were making contact with my roof! Easy to schedule and prompt with their time. Would use these guys again!
Needed logs and stump removed. They were not only the best deal I found but they were able to do it the next morning. Showed up a little early but finished the job quickly. Will use them again in the future.
