Reviews
Very responsive and professional.
I was very impressed with their desire to understand our issues, do a thorough evaluation of the problem and propose a solution that was not just a quick fix. They were excellent in their professionalism and always kept us informed of what was being done and when. The workers were always polite, did good work, and cleaned up after they were done for the day. At completion, they walked the job with us to ensure we were satisfied. They were more concerned about customer satisfaction than anyone I've worked with in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.
They did a wonderful job. Very professional and thorough.
I had a very positive experience with the roofing company representative Walter who came out for a roof leak inspection and overall roof evaluation. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and explain the issues in clear detail. I appreciated that he answered all of my questions honestly and provided practical recommendations without any pressure or upselling. The inspection was detailed, and I felt confident that the quote and assessment were based on a careful evaluation of the roof’s condition. Excellent customer service, strong communication, and a very professional approach throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.
We had a great experience. The response was fast, and the service was professional.
Nice!
Trendy is amazing. Walter gave me an estimate the same day I posted on Thumbtack. Received an estimate the next day and Walter was able to get me scheduled the following. Very satisfied customer: honest solution to fix minor issue; work completed to estimate; and customer obsessed.
Very good contractor, does thorough work and will tailor solutions to specific needs
My experience was awesome I’m so happy they are able to fix my roof issues
Walter is very professional on roof examination and has many licenses/ certificates. He offered me free roof inspection and took many pictures to show the details and give professional suggestions. He worked very hard and helped me timely
Walter came to do walk through of my ongoing issue. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me good recommendations in order to move forward in my repair process. Thank you
Walter and his crew did an amazing job. They were on time and on budget. They repaired a high story soffit and fascia for a very reasonable price. The quality of the work was excellent and they even went the extra mile to help prevent the issue from recurring. Highly recommend!
The manager showed up on time to inspect onsite, and gave a detailed estimate. The communication was excellent. The work was done on time.
