Trey did a great job with the camera installation. He is knowledgeable and picked the best placement. He kept in touch about setting the appointment and gave his ETA. Would hire him again.
He really focused on making sure every little detail was perfect, and it showed—he did an amazing job!
TDW Smart Services responded to my request within minutes and was able to come to my place on a Saturday for a site survey and provided a quote. Security camera, doorbell camera with extended wires and smart thermostat were installed in a professional manner - high quality service at a great value!
They did a great job setting up my tv and lighting while hiding the wires!
responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. easy to work with. great work. happy to recommend
Took his time and did it the right way. Great attitude and would suggest anyone who wants great service to use this company.
wonderful work ethic i appreciate the care he takes in his work will be working with him again
Trey took the time to listen to what my needs were. He then thoroughly explained what equipment I needed. He kindly agreed to order the needed equipment and had it delivered to him to ensure he had every thing he needed to complete the project. He completed the work over two evenings. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The project was completed as agreed. He set up the app. on my cell phone and ensured I knew how to charge up my ring door bell. He then told me if I had any questions to call him. He cleaned up his work space before leaving. I would hire him again and would recommend him to my friends/ family.
Tre was super knowledgeable and professional. Very considerate and time efficient! I recommend 10/10
Trey was awesome. Kept me informed on arrival time suggested options on where to install camera. showed me how to remove doorbell and camera to charge.

Trey was incredibly communicative and helpful. Got the job done well and was so quick. Very highly recommend.
Termaine did an outstanding job installing my doorbell camera. He was professional from start to finish, punctual, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation was quick and clean, and he took the time to walk me through what he was doing while working. Highly recommend!
Couldn’t recommend him more. I reached out last minute on a Saturday and he still came out and got the TV mounted perfectly. We were even missing a few screws, and he had the extras with him so there was no delay or running back to the store. Super professional, came prepared, and the finished setup looks awesome. Definitely using him again.
Trey did an excellent job with installing the smoke / fire / carbon monoxide alarms! He provided suggestions where they should and should not be installed, the reasons why, and even identified which ones will needs batteries replaced (vs which one won’t) and installed the one with replaceable batteries on the lowest ceiling so it would be easier to do. I would recommend hiring him!!
Termaine did an outstanding job installing seven PoE security cameras and my NVR. His work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish. He took the time to conceal the wiring, ensure every camera was positioned perfectly, and left the installation looking clean and professional. He was punctual, communicated well throughout the project, and delivered excellent workmanship at a very fair price. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and provides outstanding value, I highly recommend Termaine without any hesitation!
Tre was able to come and install my replacement doorbell the next day after I reached out looking for a provider. He came on time, was professional, and quickly got the new doorbell and chime installed and help me set up the app on my phone. I will use TDS for my home service needs from now on.
Troy was excellent- great work and very professional!
