Tri installers installed our tile backsplash in the kitchen. The project was finished in a reasonable amount of time, and the kitchen looks good. Thank you for your service.

Really loved the service and work. Forever a customer, highly recommend!
I would recommend
Miguel and his team were professional and provided a high quality of service. Their flooring installation was top notch and I cannot wait to use them on my next project.
Flooring was completed, but I’m not sure if all the hassle that came with it was worth it. To start, we weren’t able to get the flooring we originally wanted due to low stock, which could have been completely out of their control, so that was understandable. We decided to settle on a different flooring option to keep everything on schedule. We were told the turnaround time would be about a week, if not sooner. That one week slowly turned into two weeks due to various reasons and delays we constantly received from the team. After the extended wait, we finally received a text stating that the flooring was complete along with the final invoice. We headed over to the space to check everything out and confirm the work only to find our toilets still pulled up, some of the baseboards still removed and/or damaged, doors still off their hinges, and other things that clearly had not been completed. I was extremely confused as to why we received an invoice and a message stating the job was done when our space was left in that condition. We were then told it was a miscommunication between the team and what had actually been completed, which meant we were looking at another couple of days for the job to ACTUALLY be finished. To top it off once the job was finally considered complete, we received an updated invoice with additional charges for things such as putting the toilets back and aligning the doors with the new flooring. Keep in mind, these were all things we were told would be handled. You would think the original quote we agreed upon would include everything necessary to fully complete the job, especially considering a team member came out and thoroughly inspected our space to determine what work needed to be done. Not to mention, if the toilets and doors had to be removed to properly install the flooring why wouldn’t putting these things back already be included in the quote? I thought receiving the unexpected additional charges was the last straw, but believe it or not, it wasn’t. The REAL last straw was when we went to meet with the team finishing up the work to confirm everything, and we noticed that some of our doors were no longer closing properly. At that point, it became a “he said/she said” situation because, realistically, who has video proof of their doors opening and closing before a flooring installation? However, we know for a fact that our doors closed properly before the work began. So that is now another issue we’re left to fix after this flooring installation. Our baseboards, which we were told would be carefully removed and put back, were handled poorly and left severely chipped. It has now been two weeks since the flooring was completed, and we are still having to repaint and replace some of them. To make matters worse, we noticed that in one of the rooms, the baseboards were simply placed against the wall without actually being installed back properly. Considering I’m writing this review two weeks later, I’m sure there are probably even more issues I’m forgetting, but I think my point has been made on how our experience went with this company. Honorable mention: Our nice $25 broom was also taken and replaced with a flimsy dollar store one. Thanks Tri State Installers!
Would highly recommend, affordable and responsive! Will use for my next project.
I first spoke with Miguel on Monday July 13, 2026 about my home repairs and needing an estimate. At first he said he may have time to do the estimate that same day (13th) and asked for my address. Then after he got my address I didn’t hear back from him until much later about coming on the estimate. He later texted that the weekend would be better for him. So we set up a time for Saturday the 18th at 11:30am. I texted him again and confirmed this date and time on Wednesday the 15th. Therefore on Saturday I was expecting him at 11:30am but once he was not there by 11:45 and I had not received a text or call, I came back Thumbtack and checked my inbox and saw that he sent a message at 9:30am stating that we’d have to reschedule. I find this to be very unprofessional and poor communication on this company’s part. If he had to cancel I should have receive a call and text in addition to the inbox message. But there was questionable communication issues from day one so it’s better this happened now before taking a chance and hiring a contractor like this. Definite improvement needed on communication and follow through. Will not be using them now or in the future.
Miguel and his team did an amazing job! They are very talented. We did flooring, bathroom remodeling, painting, baseboards, lighting. They make sure all your needs are met and they exceed your expectations! Really recommended!
Excellent work!! Miguel was responsive, timely and very affordable for an excellent job. He and his team transformed our basement and stairs into a whole new living space that we can’t wait to spend time in!!!
