Rare honesty. Tri Valley Tech Setup came out for our ZLINE oven and could easily have told us it needed an expensive repair. Instead he did the research, found the part was under a factory recall, and didn't charge us for the visit or his advice. He got all of our information together and walked us through exactly how to get the recall handled, and ZLINE is now taking care of us with a new unit. Honest and helpful is hard to come by these days - can't recommend him enough.

Eugene was an absolute lifesaver. After updating my iMac operating system I ran into a major headache. I lost several files , couldn’t open apps like Pages or QuickTime and was completely blocked from creating new folders or downloading items into existing ones . Eugene was the first pro to respond to my Thumbtack request and he was able to set up a home visit the very next day . He was prompt,highly professional and diagnosed and fixed the underlying issues right away. My IMac is back to running smoothly and couldn’t be more grateful for his expertise.
