Nate installed a new shutoff valve; in pulling out the old toilet he noticed that the flange was damaged and the concrete around the hole needed to be broken up and redone to order to make level for the new flange. Work will be done pending acceptance of estimate and obtaining permit, hopefully in @a week.

Reached out to the company for a quote and request for service to fix my toilet. Got a text and responded with my address and asked for a time for them to come out. I never heard back even after massaging in the Thumbtack app as well. It's been 3 days and I ended up going with someone else.

Technician was delayed for multiple hours due to previous jobs. Not kept us upto date on ETA. But once the Technician reached our home he was very professional and work was done was satisfactory.

Can’t say enough about the service here! When the drain-clearing equipment reached its maximum length and still did not free the clog, our service technician left the job site and went and got upgraded equipment to finish the job. Very satisfied with all aspects of the service and I will definitely use Triangle again in the future!
