Didn’t access and inspect the water heater (claims inaccessible because he would have had to unscrew the panel). Didn’t inspect the underneath of the manufactured home (if he did he would’ve found half the home without a vapor barrier that is now costing me $4,000). Didn’t put in the inspection about how two windows have cracks and visible water damage that have mold growing and also will be costing me about $6,000-7,000. All of the extremely important stuff just marked as “not accessible” or just missed completely. What’s the point in hiring an inspector if the most major things are missed and marked not accessible when all you have to do is unscrew a panel or skirting? Waste of money and I should’ve hired someone else.
