Great experience with Trilogy Security! They installed an electronic lock on our thick door, which required a special kit. Communication was excellent, they kept us updated, and the installation was done perfectly. Punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

5/5 stars! Edwin was responsive, polite, and great to work with. He was very flexible, offered smart suggestions on where to place the security hardware, and helped figure out the best way to run the cables after we talked through a few options. He got the job done quickly, everything works perfectly, and the setup looks great. Highly recommend!
He was wonderful. Very responsive and helpful. Would use again.
Trilogy installed 3 cameras with one of them being a battery powered ring camera and he was able to wire it so that it no longer needed to be charged. He was professional and worked extremeley fast & efficiently. All cameras were installed perfectly. Thanks so much!
Javier, the technician, was on time and very professional. I also liked that the company was quick to respond.
Experience was quick and efficient
Edwin w/Trilogy was great. He had a job run late and still came to do the scheduled job at my place. He was fast, friendly and communicated everything with me. He waited to confirm the locks were set up before he left and cleaned everything. I'll recommend Trilogy to all my friends in the future!
Trilogy installed my Nest Hello doorbell and also reviewed my current security setup and offered recommendations. He was friendly and completed the job well. I would use this company again
Edwin did a great job. He arrived early, did good work and had a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
Edwin did an amazing job. He was very helpful in getting our old door lock replaced with a new keypad lock. He also helped us fix our garage door. He was on time, very responsive and reliable. I would definitely hire him again.
