Finally! An honest, fast, courteous mover! The Trio Logistics team did a great job moving our huge storage unit contents, to our new homes basement! They didn't even complain about all the stairs!! We were very worried that it wouldn't all fit in the truck, but he said "we've got it!" and they packed that truck so expertly, and covered and protected our furniture so well, it was all moved without a scratch!! And It all fit! My spouse and I highly recommend Trio Logistics and wish we had known about them for our house move, it would have gone much better!! A huge thank you to them!!

Movers terrible and slow I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one
My two helpers were simply great to work with. They made it home right on time and helped us past the hrs we had anticipated and they were happy to do so. Unlike many other companies they helped disassemble furniture. I can saw we were unprepared as we have full time jobs and a little one to take care of and they were very understanding. Would recommend to anyone. And hire again!
They need professional tools and equipment. They didn't have a utility dolly and had to borrow mine. They ran out of furniture wrap and used tape instead. Just guys with a truck, not a professional moving company.
I cannot recommend this team enough! They moved my entire apartment from a third-floor walk-up on an incredibly hot day without a single complaint. They were professional, efficient, incredibly careful with my belongings, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful day feel easy, and their hard work and positive attitudes did not go unnoticed. I would recommend them 10,000 times over. while Aden did a good job with helping us, however the hourly rate posted is not the rate and when asked about it, no clear understanding why he went up on price. I had to assist with he project of the packing as it was not organized and just thrown on truck. also, Aden brougt 1 helper each day, but they were not really good at helping.

It was a pleasure working with Aden. Him and his crew arrived early and they got right to work right away. I lived on the third floor, so it was a difficult move and I had a lot of heavy boxes and big furniture, but he was very professional and knocked the job out within the time limit that he said, and I can’t express how grateful I am for his help. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and in the future when I move again, I will be calling him. Thank you again so much.

4 Broken TVs, scratched dressers, broken dishes, and damaged dressers. Called to discuss and owner blamed transit.
First off, they didn't know how to properly use a dolly. They had a convertible one, where the handle is supposed to be removable, but it was stuck. They leaned wood furniture in the blade without using any protection/padding and gouged over 6 pieces of furniture. White furniture? Oh, they DRAGGED it. When Intold them I wanted it covered in a sheet (that I provided, before they wrapped it in a blanket, I was told theybwould take care of it. Sofa and ottoman, dragged in the truck and not covered with a moving pad or anything. They also dropped pieces and lied about it when I ran outside to question the "crash" sound I just heard. They kept slamming down boxes even though I had to continually remind them to be GENTLE, causing broken storage containers. They didn't even respond to the "Trust & Safety" report showing over 40 images of damage, showing absolutely no accountability for their negligence.
