They were fine,nice people but price was high compared to others.Was getting quotes so not sure about their work.
Before hiring we contacted on too high prices compared to same service by similar vendors and most importantly they were asked to discuss with the owner and instead they discussed with tenants and property manager without our permission. Their charges on recommendations on parts and services way expensive with their discounts. Giving rating 1 is due to no option of giving 0 or less. The worst experience we had in all aspects from this vendor
After buying a new house where the inspector undersold the potential issues with the pool, I was left in a panic to figure out what exactly the issue was and what the appropriate fix was. Our first quote from a different company came in extremely high and had a lot of costs that seemed unnecessary. After seeking out multiple quotes, Triton Pool's estimate was clear and thorough. They gave a 2 hour arrival window for the estimate service and arrived within that budgeted time and sent tracking update information to be assured of their eventual arrival. They were accurate and honest about the replacements needed and work to be completed. They even provided some educational information about their pool pump recommendation and included photos of previous work. I would recommend Triton to anyone seeking a high level of professional service.

Travis came over to inspect our system. He was very professional and gave me some great recommendations to make my pump and filter operate much better.
I took off work so that I could be available for Triton to come over and give me an estimate. Unfortunately, they called me after they were supposed to be here to say that they weren’t going to be able to come. They wanted to reschedule. So I already lost money because I took off work. I told them don’t bother I would get somebody else. If you can’t bother to be at your estimate appointment, the mat indicates to me the lack of priority and service that you’re going to provide if I hire you. No thank you
